Brief: A contemporary design to take in sweeping views to ocean and hills.  Living and outdoor spaces should maximize northern aspect.

Architect’s design: Main living area on upper storey to maximize views. Living areas have been positioned at the front of house to take in the northern aspect. A saw-tooth roof enables northern light to penetrate throughout.

Contract schedule: 18 months commencing 05-Jan-07
