Project:

Addition of a garage, pool, basement, decking and landscaping to an existing residence.to design by Kingsley Pearce Architect.

The project was a minor exercise in engineering in that the construction works involved undermining and propping up the existing residence.

The above ground pool sits directly over the garage and was of formed concrete construction, finished in mosaic tiles.

Work scope :

Management of engineering and approval process pertaining to undermining of the existing house and neighbours house.

Excavation, shoring and support to existing house. Construction of garage, pool, basement, entry steps and garden terraces.

Finishings and landscaping (subcontracted).
